Dale Nugent, Owner is an executive leader with experience in new venture and corporate strategy, business formation, venture finance, industrial marketing, operations, new product development, intellectual property strategy and global relationship/business development.

Dale has over 30 years of experience in top industrial and academic/research institutions including: Emerson Electric, Wavecrest, RivaTek, Bethel University, the University of Minnesota and the National Science Foundation's Innovation Corps (iCorps). He has worked in diverse industries including industrial process controls, semiconductor equipment, and high performance electronic testing. He has a passion for technical businesses and has engaged in assignments related to nearly all engineering disciplines. He has paired with experts to complete projects within the medical instrumentation, biotech and pharmaceutical domains.

Nugent has helped dozens of innovators decide if their business concepts are worth launching and then assisted those with the most promising ideas form and launch their businesses.

He holds an MBA and masters of engineering management from Northwestern University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Dale is an avid skier, golfer, cook, and supporter of STEM education.
